All Inch By Inch orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times can be affected by weekends, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Inch By Inch purchase. If you have received the wrong item, or your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached to be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, please contact us within [X days] of receiving your order. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll assess the item and work with you to find the appropriate solution.
